Areas of work are: instruments of land policy, preparation techniques and technologies for the cost calculation for municipal infrastructure at state and municipal level, consulting and guiding investors to optimize their investment costs, prices and taxes, planning and spatial planning in terms of the economics of space.

Urbanism is a complex social activity, technical and artistic discipline, which plans for urban development and their renewal. Urban planners' task is to create optimal conditions for living, working, transport, recreation and environmental protection.
